Is AgentCalls Legit? An Honest Look at How the Platform Works
The fair question every agent should ask
Insurance agents get burned by lead vendors constantly — recycled data leads, "exclusive" leads sold five times, refund processes that go nowhere. If you're asking whether AgentCalls is legit, that skepticism is earned and we'd rather answer it with mechanics than with adjectives.
How the platform actually protects you
Billing is enforced by code, not promises. Every campaign has a buffer duration (for example, 85 seconds on final expense). The system checks the recorded duration of each call against that buffer before any credit is deducted. Wrong numbers and instant hangups cost nothing — not as a courtesy refund, but because the billing logic never charges them. The details are on the pricing page.
Every charge is auditable. Your dashboard shows each call, its duration, its recording, and the exact credit deducted. If you believe a billed call was invalid, you file a dispute inside the platform and it gets reviewed against the recording.
No lock-in. Month-to-month subscription, cancel anytime, no contract. A platform that keeps agents by contract doesn't have to keep them by results; we chose the structure that forces the platform to earn its keep.
Real routing rules. Calls are matched to your licensed states and your vertical — you're never handed a caller you can't legally write. The full call flow is documented in how AgentCalls works.
What AgentCalls doesn't promise
- No income guarantees. Inbound calls are live prospects, not closed deals. Agents who answer consistently and follow their script close; agents who don't, don't.
- No "exclusive lead" language games. You're not buying a record that might be resold — you're taking a live phone call. When it routes to you, it rings you.
- US licensed agents only. If you're not a licensed US life or health agent, the platform isn't for you.

Frequently asked questions
Is AgentCalls a lead vendor?
No. AgentCalls doesn't sell lead lists. It routes live inbound calls from prospects to licensed agents in real time, and bills per qualifying call from prepaid credits.
Can I lose money on calls that go nowhere?
Calls shorter than the campaign buffer are never billed — the billing system checks recorded call duration before deducting credits. Billed calls you believe are invalid can be disputed inside the platform.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. The subscription is month-to-month and cancelable anytime. Unused credits stay on your balance.
Does AgentCalls guarantee income?
No, and you should be skeptical of any platform that does. Close rates depend on your licensing, your vertical, and how you sell. AgentCalls delivers live prospects; closing them is your job.
