AgentCalls pricing has exactly two components:
- Platform subscription — $97/month. This covers the platform itself: the browser softphone, call routing matched to your licensed states, the agent dashboard, call recordings, and AI call summaries. Month-to-month, cancel anytime.
- Per-call credits — prepaid. Calls are billed from a credit balance you top up in advance (top-ups start at $250). Each campaign shows its per-call rate up front, before you ever take a call on it.
There are no setup fees, no per-seat minimums for individual agents, and no long-term contract.
The buffer rule: short calls are free
Every campaign has a buffer duration — for example, 85 seconds on final expense campaigns and 55 seconds on TV inbound campaigns. A call is only billable if it runs past the buffer. Wrong numbers, instant hangups, and robocalls that slip through don't touch your balance.
This is enforced by the billing system itself, not by a refund request: the platform checks the recorded call duration against the buffer before any credit is deducted. If you believe a billed call shouldn't have been, there is a dispute process built into the platform and every dispute is reviewed.
